Permission for JC Consultant’s to carry out Asbestos Testing at Your Property.
We have been asked by a third party to carry out Asbestos Testing at your property. To be able to carry out the Asbestos Testing for them, we need your permission to carry out this testing. Please read the information below and fill in the boxes below to give us permission to carry out the Asbestos Testing for the third party.
The Sampling is completed by taking small part/s of the suspected material/s.
Taking the sample/s may involve the use of simple tools like screwdrivers and chisels.
Samples taken are usually small, about the size of a postage stamp, but in some cases can be larger due to the nature of the material.
By filling in the boxes below, you agree to give JC Consultants permission to carry out an Asbestos Testing at the property named in the box below and accept that the Asbestos Testing involves minor intrusive work.
