Do you need an Asbestos Refurbishment Survey?
If you are a Commercial or Residential property owner and you are refurbishing all or part of your building, you will need an Asbestos Refurbishment Survey.
The purpose of a Asbestos Refurbishment Survey is to locate all Asbestos containing materials (ACM) within a building or part of building (as outlined in the survey scope), before any refurbishments work can start.
We will take samples of all the Asbestos containing materials for analysis in an IANZ Accredited Laboratory to determine the presence of Asbestos and the type of Asbestos.
You will then be supplied with a detailed easy to read report outlining where the Asbestos is in your building and what type of Asbestos is present.
Please note these are semi-intrusiveness surveys.
Your building has to be unoccupied throughout the survey.
