What is a Maintenance Building Inspection?

A maintenance building inspection is a comprehensive inspection and report, using a traffic light system detailing what maintenance and repairs needs to be done to your property.

This allows you to plan what needs to be done over a period of time, to protect and care for your biggest asset.

Knowing what needs to be done now, will save you the pain of having to spend more money at a later date, on something that is easy and cheap to fix now.

The report included plenty of photos, so you have an easy maintenance guide at your finger tips.

We have no financial interest when we advise what needs to be done to your property to keep it in top condition, which allows you to do the work yourself, or engage the contractor of your choice.
