Here's how we do it:

1.    Book now or ask us for a quote and example report. When you are ready to book, we will email you a short booking form to fill in.

2.    We will then organise the inspection and report our findings to you in a colour coded report.

3.    Your report will be emailed out to you within 2 working days following the inspection. If you need it sooner, let us know.

When you have read your report, we will schedule in a follow up Zoom meeting or phone call to go through the findings of you the report and discuss any questions you may have.

What is involved with a Pre-Purchase Building Inspection?

A pre-purchase building inspection is all about understanding the condition of a property and if there are any red flags that you should be concerned by.
After a inspection visit, you will receive a comprehensive report that details all the different aspects of the property.

What is included in the Building Report?

Consider our Building Reports to be a manual for your house. It contains all the results of our findings from the building inspection. There will be a written component as well as photos taken at the inspection.

The report uses a traffic light system to highlight areas of major, moderate and low concern. This easy to read system clearly shows any issues that need to be addressed immediately, or if there are tasks that can be completed as part of general home maintenance.

With a building report, you get a complete understanding of the property. It allows you to negotiate with confidence with the vendor or realtor as you know exactly what needs to be addressed.

We want you to have all the information you need to make an informed decision, which is why we are always on hand to help you understand the report if needed. We also report to the NZS 4306 Residential Property Inspection Standard, so you can be assured you are receiving honest and accurate advice.
