Do you need an Asbestos Demolition Survey?
If you are a Commercial or Residential property owner and you are demolishing a building, you will need an Asbestos Demolition Survey.
The purpose of a Asbestos Demolition Survey is to locate Asbestos containing materials (ACM) within a building or before demolition can start.
We will take samples of Asbestos containing materials for analysis in an IANZ Accredited Laboratory to determine the presence of Asbestos and the type of Asbestos.
You will then be supplied with a detailed easy to read report outlining where the Asbestos is in your building and what type of Asbestos is present.
Please note these are fully intrusive surveys.
Your building has to be unoccupied throughout the survey.
